New Customer Offer 2025

1) Introduction

Offer Duration

This Offer is valid from Monday 10^th February 2025 to Monday 12^th May 2025. PASS reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Offer at any time before the end date.

1.1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the New Customer Offer 2025 (“Offer”) provided by PASS, a care management software provider.
1.2. By participating in this Offer, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2) Offer Details

2.1. The Offer provides:

a) A 50% discount on PASS subscription fees for the first 12 months, or

b) Free access to PASS software until the Customer’s existing supplier contract expires, subject to proof of an active contract, for up to 12 months, or

c) A combination of both: If the Customer’s contract expires within the first 12 months, they will receive free access for the duration of their existing contract and then 50% off for any remaining months within the 12-month period.

d) No implementation and onboarding fees.

e) Onboarding and data migration included as part of the Offer.

3) Eligibility

3.1. The Offer is available exclusively to new customers who:

a) Are currently under contract with another care management software provider and can provide valid proof of their existing contract’s expiry date, in which case they qualify for the free access component.

b) Are moving from paper-based systems or have completed their contract with a previous provider, in which case the free access component does not apply.

3.2. The Offer applies only to businesses within the UK and ROI social care sector.

3.3. The Offer is limited to one redemption per organisation.

3.4. You must sign up to a paid PASS subscription for a minimum contract term of 24 months.

4) Pricing and Service Users

4.1. The 50% discount applies only for the first 12 months of PASS subscription.

4.2. After the 12-month discount period, standard PASS pricing applies to all service users.

5) Free Access Until Contract Expiry

5.1. Customers with an active contract with another care management software provider are eligible for free access to PASS until their existing contract expires, up to a maximum of 12 months.

5.2. Proof of contract status must be provided before free access is granted.

5.3. If contract expiry proof is not provided within 14 days of signing up, the Offer may be withdrawn, and standard pricing may apply.

6) Onboarding and Data Migration

6.1. PASS will provide onboarding and data migration as part of the Offer.

6.2. You must provide necessary data, documents, and access within a reasonable timeframe to facilitate migration.

7) General Terms

7.1. This Offer is not transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

7.2. PASS reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Offer at any time without prior notice.

7.3. Participation in the Offer is subject to PASS’s standard Terms and Conditions of Service, available on our website.

7.4. Any disputes arising from the Offer will be governed by UK law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
