Employee Checklists: so much more than a tick-box exercise
Our Employee Checklists feature simplifies onboarding, training, and compliance checks. Build any checklist, tailor to each role, assign tasks automatically, and keep all necessary care documents handy.
Here’s just some of the ways you can take advantage of Employee Checklists:
Get started by taking the virtual tour...
Quick tip: Go full screen by clicking the expand icon in the top right hand corner! Press the ‘Esc’ key to close the tour when you’re done.
Create onboarding checklists for specific roles
Create role-specific checklists that ensure new hires hit the ground running. For example, new carers can have a checklist that includes mandatory training sessions, shadowing experienced staff, and completing necessary paperwork in the first week.
Add tasks with deadlines and reminders
Keep everyone on track with helpful notifications. This might include setting reminders for annual training renewals, so your staff never miss critical updates.
Plus, stay on top of compliance with alerts for missed deadlines and incomplete tasks. For instance, receive notifications when a right to work or DBS check is overdue, ensuring immediate follow-up.
You can relax knowing that your team’s certifications and training are always up to date.
Attach documents easily
Easily link employee IDs, training certificates, DBS checks, and anything else, to individual checklists, ensuring everything is organised and accessible.
Assign checklists by role or anything else
Assign checklists to employees by role or tag, or to any custom selection. Then, as soon as any new employee meets your criteria, they’ll be automatically assigned the checklist. This means fewer administrative headaches and more time to focus on care.
Make every day noteworthy with the Care Journal
The Care Journal keeps your team informed and connected. Log incidents, monitor calls, and ensure all important notes are shared and acted upon promptly.

Quickly create and share journal entries across teams
Make all issues visible across your team, ensuring everyone is informed and kept in the loop. For example, log a medication error and immediately notify the relevant staff to prevent recurrence and ensure proper follow-up.
Never miss a follow-up action
Assign tasks to specific team members and set follow-up actions with deadlines. If a customer or a family member raises a concern, you can delegate it to the appropriate staff member and set a deadline for resolution.
Be inspection-ready with clear digital records
Maintain clear, detailed and digital records that are easy to access and manage to demonstrate your compliance and high standards during inspections. Impress inspectors with organised, accessible documentation that showcases your dedication to outstanding care.
