Each month, we’ll highlight a customer who has used PASS to reduce paperwork, save valuable time, support service users and their families, or implement other meaningful improvements.
Whether your achievement is a small but impactful change or a major transformation, we want to hear your story.

What is “Customer of the Month”?
Each month, we’ll invite you to tell us how you’ve used PASS to save time, improve care quality, or better meet compliance standards. We’ll feature one or two standout submissions on our blog, social media, and email newsletter.
How do I enter?
It’s super easy to enter. Simply fill out our Customer of the Month submission form and tell us:
What you did: Describe your initiative.
How you did it: Explain the steps you took.
The results you achieved: Share the impact of your actions.
We’ll send regular reminders via email and your PASS dashboard. Know someone with a success story? Encourage them to submit too! The more entries we receive, the better we can showcase fresh ideas and methods.
Is there a prize?
Yes! The winner will receive a £50 Amazon voucher, and a feature article promoted on our blog, email newsletter and social media platforms.

When does it start?
We are now accepting entries for February and will continue to accept submissions throughout the year. If you don’t win this month, you still have a chance to be featured and win later on.
How do we choose winners?
While there’s no right or wrong submission, we may use the below criteria to influence our decision making:
Creativity: Unique ways you used PASS to solve a problem.
Impact: Clear, measurable results from your initiative. Use numbers (or your best guess!) to evidence the impact.
Replicability: Approaches that others can implement in their organisations.
