I’m unable to log in

Check that you are logging in with your correct email address. If you have forgotten your password, please follow the link to reset it.

What is my username?

Your username is the email address that you used to sign up to openPASS.

I’ve signed up but haven’t received the openPASS email

Please check your Junk/Spam in your email. We have noticed that some providers send the openPASS email address to their spam. You can often mark this address to your safe senders list so that future emails will not be marked as spam.

I’ve forgotten my password, help!

You can reset your password by following the link on the app or website.

What are the minimum device requirements?

Web browser

openPASS is supported on the latest version of Google Chrome.

Smartphone or tablet

Please ensure your smartphone or tablet meets these minimum requirements:

  • openPASS is only compatible with iOS or Android phones
  • The lowest Android operating system we currently support is Marshmallow (V6.0)
  • The lowest iOS version we currently support is 9.0 and above
  • The lowest device memory that we currently support is 1GB or higher
  • WiFi or 3G/4G ready

What happens at the end of a care period or if I no longer want 24/7 access?

Please contact the care provider in this instance.

Contact your care provider for any help or support either on the phone or through the app.
